I have a like and hate with this one. Firstly the lyrics. They are crap, no hate, they just are. Listen. I mean really listen, then actually write them out and then realise who much of a waste of your time that was. Now consider someone handing them in to a record company and then getting paid thousands of pounds for that work. Now try and see if you will actually want to legally download it. Didn't think so.
The beat is actually quite nice, very samey in terms of the things she has put out before, but it's still got rotation potential.
And lastly, is it me or does Amerie only sing in one key?
* The culture of illegal downloads is not supported by Make Me Music. It's stealing. That said, if a tune is not worth it you can always watch for free online or wait for radio to play it over and over and over and over, till your head caved in and you threw your speakers out the window.
